Dragon Executive Academy is a trading name of Dragon Executive Management Ltd, established in 2018. The Academy is dedicated to developing confidence, communication, and personal capability through creative learning.
We believe every child has a voice that deserves to be heard. Through drama, play, and performance, we create an inclusive, welcoming space where children are encouraged to shine — building skills that support them both on and off the stage.
We exist to help children and adults build confidence, communication skills, and self-belief through drama and creative expression. Using performance, play, and psychometric colour profiling, we support personal development in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment — enabling individuals to better understand themselves, find their voice, and grow in confidence both on and off the stage.

Our Curriculum
Stage One
Play-based drama, confidence building, and soft communication skills. The perfect starting point for our youngest dragons.
Stage Two
Structured drama techniques exploring character, emotions, teamwork, and social development.
Stage Three
Deeper acting, voice work, resilience, creativity, devised work, and emerging leadership abilities.
Stage Four
Professional-level preparation including public speaking, audition skills, theatre-making, and real-world transferable skills.
Our Classes
Our Team
A trained actress and experienced drama teacher with a BA (Hons) in Acting. Laura has taught drama to children and young people aged 4–18 across South Wales, delivering structured programmes that build confidence, communication, and self-belief. She brings a warm, family-centred approach, combining drama with psychometric colour profiling to help individuals find their voice and grow both on and off the stage.
Founder of Dragon Executive Management Ltd, established in 2018, bringing over three decades of senior leadership experience across manufacturing, operations, and business transformation. Geoff holds a Masters in Business Administration and is passionate about helping people of all ages build confidence, self-awareness, and capability.
